This project encompassed the complete visual identity and promotional materials for the 2023 Eastside Timbers/Thorns Soccer League Auction, including logo design, a custom invitation, and a promotional video.
The official logo was created for use across print and digital materials, capturing the spirit and identity of the soccer league while maintaining versatility for consistent application across flyers, banners, social media, and local business promotions.
The auction invitation was produced using a clear, raised-ink printing technique to achieve a textured “jersey” effect, adding visual interest and a premium tactile experience. Designed specifically for mail distribution, it includes an integrated barcode and a dedicated mailing address panel on the reverse side for efficient processing and delivery.
A custom promotional video was created to celebrate the club’s vibrant community and generate excitement for the event. Featuring original footage from team practices, the video highlights the dedication, teamwork, and energy of the Timbers organization. Dynamic editing and an uplifting soundtrack reinforce the club’s spirit while emphasizing the importance of supporting youth athletics through the auction. The final video served as a visual centerpiece during the event and played a key role in pre-event promotion.
